Experience

Joined Midwest Trust in 2015 with over 10 years of legal experience

Heather has served in various roles including criminal prosecutor in Texas and Kansas and professor at MidAmerica Nazarene University. She previously served as the law enforcement legislative auditor for the Unified Government of Wyandotte County and Kansas City, Kansas.

Currently, Heather serves on the firm’s compliance committee, where she conducts regular internal audits and helps ensure policies and procedures meet regulatory requirements. Her experience includes private clients, charitable clients, foundation clients and special needs trusts.

She enjoys building strong, trust-based relationships with clients nationwide through clear, easy communication.
