With over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, Polly joined Midwest Trust in 2025. She has 15 years of experience in the outsourced trust services space working in alliance with financial advisory firms, preceded by an additional nine years in the direct financial services and trust industry. Prior to joining Midwest Trust, Polly served as trust business development officer with Northern Trust and Johnson Bank in Phoenix, Arizona, and as a financial advisor with Smith Barney and Merrill Lynch.
